What was hard
Series was growing fast, with Netflix titles on the slate, and trial-and-error prompting couldn’t keep up. Every new character, every new location, every branch of a story meant starting the guesswork again, and the look drifted the moment volume went up.
What I built
Modular ComfyUI pipelines with four production paths, from first exploration through to final, an avatar system that held six emotions on every character (Happy, Sad, Serious, Snarky, Thinking, Surprised), and bot-assisted batch video.
The decision that mattered most was where the know-how lives. The consistency rules, the emotions and the sequencing sit inside the workflows, not in a prompt that only one person knows how to write. A technique walks out the door with the person who knows it. A pipeline stays, and the whole team can run it.
What happened
100,000+ assets shipped at 180x speed across Netflix titles and Lorespark, and ComfyUI made it their first official customer case study.
